Yes! The Perry Pines Yurt offers private lake access in Cable with kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and lakefront sauna included. The Mill Pond Apartment features stunning water views and a private deck overlooking Hayward's historic mill pond.

Our properties range from 2-6 guests. The Hayward House and Cable Cabin each sleep 6 - great for families or groups. The A-frame sleeps 4. The Yurt sleeps 3, and the Mill Pond Apartment is perfect for couples (2 guests).

The Cable Cabin is walking distance to downtown Cable's restaurants, cafes, and grocery store. The Mill Pond Apartment is in downtown Hayward, steps from restaurants and local attractions. The Hayward House is just 1 mile from downtown.

The Hayward House features direct ATV access - you can ride right from the property! It also has plenty of parking for boats, snowmobile trailers, and ATV trailers.
