I want you to know, above all, that I strive to provide the best customer service that I can. I don't want to take and keep your money if something comes up. I want to make sure that you get the sauna you wanted, when and where you wanted. I'm probably too forgiving and lenient and it's probably TMI by even saying that!
So, that said, I will work to accommodate your situation. But, in exchange, I would ask for your patience, common sense, and niceness in return. For example, if you decide to cancel at the last minute and it's not some extreme circumstances, I can work with you, but it may be me keeping your payment and working out another time to deliver.

Weather Cancellations
We understand that weather conditions in Wisconsin's Northwoods can be unpredictable. Our weather policy includes rescheduling options available for weather-related problems. I do not cancel deliveries, but I will schedule around potential issues such as snow storms.
Emergency Cancellations
We offer flexible options for genuine emergencies:
- Medical emergencies with documentation may qualify for full refund
- Family emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Contact us immediately at 608-385-2706 for emergency cancellations
Rental Agreement
- Minimum rental period is 1 night
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for safety
- Renter must be at least 25 years old with valid identification
- Property damage will be charged to the renter through the security deposit
- No smoking inside sauna units
- No glass bottles inside sauna units
Delivery & Setup
- Delivery location must be accessible by standard vehicle and trailer
- Setup and breakdown included in rental price
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors
Liability & Insurance
- Renters use sauna facilities at their own risk
- Northwoods Sauna Company carries commercial liability insurance
- Renters responsible for any injuries to themselves or their guests
- Medical conditions that could be affected by heat should consult doctor before use
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times
Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected only for rental purposes
- Contact information may be used for booking confirmations and updates
- We do not sell or share customer information with third parties
- Photos may be taken for promotional purposes with customer consent
Payment Schedule
- 100% payment required to secure booking
- Payment accepted online via credit card. We can also do Venmo, cash, or check (contact me directly for these options)
Security Deposit
- A $500 hold will be placed on the user's credit card for the rental period. It is not a charge so it may appear on your card, but we are not taking the money. It is released upon the end of the rental, assuming everything is in good shape.
- User must agree to the $500 hold in order to book a sauna
- Security deposit is only done on a credit card
Additional Charges
- Delivery beyond 30 miles (up to 50 miles): $3 per mile each way
- Deliveries beyond 50 miles are welcomed, but please contact me directly to work out pricing.
- Excessive cleaning required: $100-200 fee
- Damage to equipment will be charged for repair/replacement costs through the security deposit
- Lost or stolen items will be charged at replacement value through the security deposit
- If damage or stolen items exceed the $500 security deposit hold, the users credit card will be charged the remaining amount
