Over 300 miles of marked and mapped trails through the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Designed for mountain biking but many excellent for hiking — be alert and yield to bikes. Hatchery Creek and Rock Lake systems are particularly popular for hiking.
Great close-to-town option with approximately 2.5 miles of trails through scenic mixed woods. Several small loops available. Trails connect to both the Birkie Trail and CAMBA singletrack. Map posted at warming hut/pavilion.
