It's important to know that, if you have a large group, keep in mind it's very common to rotate out of the sauna after 15-minute cycles. So, for example, let's say that you have a group of 12-15 people. You'll find that 1-2 of those people will probably only do one cycle, another 3-4 will probably spend more time cooling down and talking than inside the sauna. The remaining people will be the ones that do most of the hotroom time. Therefore, it's not essential to be concerned about fitting everyone in the sauna at one time.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (fall and winter). Holidays and the Birkie are also quite busy. However, we often have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to call even for same-week requests.
Our minimum rental period is 1 night, and we're willing to work with you for extended options. Most customers find 2-4 nights to be the perfect length for their sauna experience. This allows time to fully enjoy the wood-fired heat and relaxation benefits during their cabin stay!
Yes! If the sauna isn't booked by another customer, you can extend your rental. Just give us a call and we'll check availability and arrange the extension.
We deliver throughout the Wisconsin Northwoods region, up to 50 miles from our base in Hayward. The first 30 miles are included in your rental fee. Popular delivery areas include Cable, Grand View, Minong, Stone Lake, and surrounding lake communities.

No, you do not need to be present for either. If you have a specific spot in mind that it definitely should be or definitely shouldn't be, you can let me know, otherwise I have a lot of experience placing the saunas on many different properties. I can send you some instructional videos on how to use the sauna. For pickup, it's simple, I show up, grab the sauna and let you know it's gone.
