The original program listed mobile saunas from Northwoods Sauna Company and fellow community partners — each with its own character and heat style.
Multiple cold plunge stations to refresh your body and mind between rounds. The contrast is where the magic happens.
Gather around communal fire pits for warm-up time, conversation, and that wood-smoke atmosphere we all love.
Complimentary sparkling botanical beverages provided by Sauna Water — the perfect sauna-side refreshment.
Comfortable indoor spaces available between sessions when you want a break from the elements.
Hot tea, pour-over coffee, and sweet & salty snacks available for purchase. Carry-in snacks are welcome too.
