Northwoods Sauna Co is proud to bring our mobile sauna to Unwind Spa's Frost & Flame Sauna Fest — a full day of heat, cold, fire, and community in the heart of Wisconsin's Northwoods. Rotate freely between saunas, cold plunges, and fire pits at your own pace.

Multiple cold plunge stations to refresh your body and mind between rounds. The contrast is where the magic happens.
Gather around communal fire pits for warm-up time, conversation, and that wood-smoke atmosphere we all love.
Complimentary sparkling botanical beverages provided by Sauna Water — the perfect sauna-side refreshment.
Comfortable indoor spaces available between sessions when you want a break from the elements.
Hot tea, pour-over coffee, and sweet & salty snacks available for purchase. Carry-in snacks are welcome too.

Walk-ins welcome! Stay for an hour or stay all day — the choice is yours.
Youth under 16 must be supervised at all times.
