Great cabin with a long private driveway. Will be back someday!

It was a perfect place for our weekend here for a mtn bike race. Completely private but only a 15min drive to Hayward or Cable. Ben sent a comprehensive list of local places/things to do and had clear instructions on everything. We only wish we had more time to spend there!

This place was beautiful, my boyfriend and I stayed for our anniversary. It was very peaceful, we got to see deer close up. We lived this place and definitely recommend for a nice quiet weekend to get away from the noisy life. Or a nice romantic weekend.

This cabin was perfect for a two-person getaway! The location was super secluded and felt very private. Inside the cabin, everything was neat, organized, and well thought out. Ben was also super responsive for all of our questions! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore the greater area, including the Apostle Islands Sea Caves.

I went seeking a place free of noise during the 4th of July holiday, and I didn't hear one single firework. It might be the first time I've found a truly isolated place that was fairly comfortable inside. If that's what you're seeking, this is the place for you.

It was our fourth (!) time staying at Ben's fabulous a-frame and we'll probably be coming back for the fifth time. The serenity, coziness and peacefullness of his place are hard to match.

Ben was a fantastic host! The home is beautiful, cozy and remote. The woods are pristine and the surrounding quiet. It fulfilled all of our requirements for a get away. We will definitely come back.

40 acres of solitude, privacy, and quiet seclusion. The cabin was very clean with quality appliances, and comfortable bed. We enjoyed daily walks and encountered deer and a flock of turkeys. Starlink provided excellent Internet and television options. The mini-split and 2 ceiling fans kept temperatures very comfortable. A beautiful cabin in a great location.

This Airbnb was great! It is updated and super clean with fully stocked kitchen. Ben was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. Is is close to Hayward and many lakes to choose from for boating. It was very comfortable and affordable!

Very clean and secluded

This was a 5 star stay, for sure! Ben was super helpful prior to arriving, giving us a lot of helpful information to make our stay a comfortable one. The A Frame was breathtaking from the start; beautifully made and full of fun little surprises. It was clean and had the perfect amenities to help make our stay that much better. The wildlife was the cherry on top. We are already talking about returning soon!

Clean, cute, and quiet

I booked this place for just myself to have a few days of quiet and solitude, to get away from the noise, and write. The A-frame was such a haven of beautiful surroundings and calming energy. I walked around the 40 acres, even in the snow; couldn't help but explore, although I wouldn't recommend it without good hiking boots. :) So grateful for my time here!

This cabin was such a sweet place to retreat! Exactly as described, spotless, comfortable, and very private. I was a little nervous about the temperatures as I stayed in early January, but the heat from the mini split was more than enough to keep the whole cabin cozy. Kitchen was well equipped and the view was beautiful. Highly recommend for a cozy, picturesque winter stay.

Ben’s cabin was perfect. We wanted to be at a place that was surrounded by woods with not a house in sight and this cabin was it. Wonderful place to relax and read. Everything was very clean and had everything you would need. Still being close to town and restaurants made it a perfect place. Thank you Ben for the restaurant suggestions.

This past weekend we spent two nights at this Seeley Cabin to get away from the noise of the world. We found a tranquil respite that was very clean, both modern & rustic, and provided immediate relaxation. The beautiful A-frame cabin is nestled in serene woods. We enjoyed relaxing, reading, watching a movie and a football game, and while gazing outside the floor to ceiling windows at the falling snow, it felt like we were in a snow globe. We also braved the cold and snow and went on a 3 mile walk down the lane & road. We had to stop several times to admire not only the beauty of the area, but the peace & quiet as well. This cabin is a perfect getaway for couples, and visitors will be pleased with the decor and finishes. Handsomely built. Ben is a great host. Quick to respond, easy-to-follow instructions for the cabin, and it’s clear he cares a great deal for the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy A-frame cabin in Hayward. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect winter getaway for a couple. We were lucky to enjoy a beautiful snowfall during our stay, which made the views even more special. The cabin was very nice, comfortable, and included all the essentials we needed. It was a great place to relax and unwind, and we would absolutely stay again!

My boyfriend and I chose this lovely home to celebrate our 7 years together. When we arrived we saw a box of chocolates and a stocked coffee bar! It was a warm and cozy stay! It was also very clean and organized! We will definitely recommend this place to others!

A perfect getaway to recharge and enjoy the fall colors. My boyfriend and I did a lot of baking and he especially loved the wood stove. The kitchen had all the essentials and the shower was heavenly. We had an amazing weekend celebrating our two year anniversary at the A-frame. Ben was a great host- fast responses and very friendly! There was even a little box of chocolates waiting on the counter when we got there. We felt right at home and Ben offered to deliver wood for us to use in the fireplace if we wanted. The cabin was clean and had all the essentials for a quiet weekend in the woods! We took a walk around the property and found so many different types of mushrooms as well and got to see the fall leaves start to change colors. Overall it was the perfect place to escape the buzz of the city for a while.

What an amazing A-frame on 40 acres. Driving up the driveway you feel like you’re going to your own private oasis. Loved the style, the lighting, the kitchen and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Host had great communication, was accommodating, and made sure everything was just right.

Ben’s cabin was perfect. It was beautiful, super clean, and private. It was extremely peaceful and quiet, a great place to get away and relax. Also only 10-15 minutes from everything in Hayward, so that’s really nice. Ben was great. He was easy to work with, super friendly, and a quick responder. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This A-frame cabin is magical! We had a very peaceful stay which was exactly what we were hoping for. The kitchen is well stocked with mixing bowls, pots/pans, and I made multiple meals. Ben emailed me the day before with check in details and when I reached out with two questions he responded in minutes. Hope to be able to return soon!

This modern A-frame has all you need to for a very enjoyable stay. It is located on a very private and peaceful piece of land in the middle of Wisconsin's great outdoors. The kitchen has everything one needs, loaded with modern appliances; and the bed was quite comfortable. The A/C kept us cool despite a couple of very hot days; and the TV/internet were exceptional, especially for northern WI. There are several great hiking locations within a short drive that we enjoyed very much. The host was very responsive and friendly. We look forward to our next stay!

Ben's A Frame was a lovely stay. The Cabin is very nice and private, which I really enjoyed. My wife and I were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the AM with a cup of coffee and relax and even saw a few deer roaming about. I highly recommend this cabin!

Great private spot.

Exceeded my expectations! Wanted quiet, secluded, private, minimal, safe retreat to enjoy the recent snowfall and cold temperatures. Got that and so much more. Seeley A-Frame was gorgeous to look at and fit so well into the environment. Loved the craftmanship, tasteful decor and efficiency with how this cabin was laid out. At night, my favorite place to sit was in the dark, on the floor in front of the "tv" (wood stove), or on the deck in the morning with my first cup of coffee and listen to the trees pop in the bitter cold temps. Was magical. But enough about me... Communication with Ben was perfect. Very responsive with clear directions on what to expect. Cabin was super CLEAN with ample supply of kindling/wood for the stove. Kitchen was well equipped and greatly appreciated the WELCOME Truffles and basket of Clif bars, oatmeal and K cups. Was clear my Host wanted me to have a great experience...so I did! Will be back soon. Thanks Ben.

The perfect place for a quiet get away surrounded by nature.

This spot is absolutely beautiful! Came for a weekend with my partner and we loved the spot. It’s so quiet that when you get out of your car upon arrival, you’re genuinely shocked. He did a great job of being proactive with explaining that the spot is really reclusive and you may be confused trying to find it, but gave such great directions that we had no issues. He also brought a plow service in when we experienced a lot of snow, and we had no issues getting out. Beautiful space, only 15 minutes from Hayward if you need groceries or anything, but seriously I would recommend trying to spend as much time here as possible. Pans, condiments, extra towels/bedding, and fast WiFi as well!

A lovely, quiet spot nestled in the woods. Super clean and efficient space. The shower in the bathroom put the place over the top! Since Ben's place is in the middle of 40 acres, we were fortunate to have dark skies and see so many stars and the Milky Way. Amazing!

Ben's A-frame was amazing! He really raised the bar on Airbnbs. Best one I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. The A-frame is beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, well equipped (from the kitchen to the washer/dryer & everything else you could need). The bed was comfy, towels were fluffy (& plentiful) & the walk-in shower stocked with Native products was a real treat! Everything was so clean & you could tell Ben takes great care to provide the best experience for his guests, with thoughtful extras like a nice assortment of teas & the gift box of fudge on the counter. Yum! The A-frame is so well designed with superb lighting & well planned use of space. It was delightful to sleep with the windows open & wake up in such a tranquil setting with fresh air & the soothing sounds of nature, all tucked away in a private location away from road noise. My husband and I loved our stay! Ben’s cabin is secluded, peaceful, and so cozy. Check-in was super easy and we were able to settle in quickly and then head to town for dinner. I wasn’t sure how the cell reception would be near the cabin, but we had no issues. We have nothing but good things to say and we definitely hope to stay again in the future!!

Ben's A frame cabin is everything you want in a quiet getaway. Private and seculded location deep within nature. We loved the outdoor space to watch and listen to the wildilfe, especially at night. The building was very quiet, extremely well kept and included all the features you would expect, just elevated. For fellow cyclists, the outdoor hose was connected to the indoor hot water, which was a nice treat after an espeically after wet and dirty ride. We would absoultey stay again when the fall color are in full bloom.

This rental was extremely unique (A-frame) and in a very private location. The space was clean and clutter-free and had all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. While the location wasn't exactly walkable, it was only a 10-minute drive to Hayward for restaurants and any other shop you might need. Ben's A-Frame is really impressive if you're looking for a private, quiet, clean, modern rustic cabin with great proximity to all the wonderful trails in the area -- though you will need to drive to get to most trailheads for hiking, or a long approach ride by mountain bike. It's a perfect location for road biking (although the long driveway is gravel), located on one of the legendary routes in the area. When you think of clean, nordic, modern and minimalist cabins, this is it! We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We hesitate to share how great this place is, because we selfishly want to book it in the future :) But you should get a chance to stay there too.

We regularly rent from Airbnb and this was one of our favorite homes ever! Clean, prompt communication, and beautiful views. We wanted a secluded place to escape noise from fireworks during the 4th of July (PTSD). We did hear fireworks both nights, but this was not the host's fault whatsoever. The A-Frame was one of the coolest places we have stayed! We loved how remote and quiet the land the cabin was on. We did get a lot of snow but we luckily got out just fine in our truck. We loved how cozy the cabin was and how it was an easy drive to town to get dinner and check out local shops!

As I attempted to say earlier, the wood stove did not work properly. We followed instructions but smoke filled cabin each time we tried and smoke alarm went off. Thus, we were unable to enjoy any fires.

Staying at the a frame cabin was awesome was easy to find with the directions was only about 13 min away from the town with lots to do with a nice old school town feel many nature trails property was really nice and quiet was really nice to see so many stars in the sky loves the sleeping arrangements and was easy to use the kitchen and a beautiful shower with a lot of space to move around is a must stay and will be coming back when get the chance

This was the second time we stayed at an Airbnb hosted by Ben, and were blown away both times. The Aframe was the perfect cozy getaway we were looking for. It felt completely secluded when we were there, but was an easy drive into town for dinner and activities. Ben made the check-in and check-out process extremely easy, and was very responsive to questions. The whole cabin felt very high-quality, including the bed, shower, and especially the heated floors. We'll definitely be checking if this or another of Ben's locations is available if travel back to the area.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience here! It was the best Valentine's day weekend we could ask for. Very quiet and private. This cabin is wonderfully set up and uses its space quite well. Kitchen is also wonderful!

My wife and I really enjoyed our winter weekend getaway at Ben's A-Frame home. We loved the incredible view of sky and trees when we woke up in the morning from the bed. One of the best parts that we didn't expect was the quietness of the location that brought peacefulness to our experience here. Ben was very attentive and helpful by ensuring the snow was plowed so we could drive with ease to the house. The home was easy to access and navigate. Importantly, Ben was responsive and excellent in communicating to us. We would recommend this stay and would come back.

Staying at Ben’s A-frame was exactly what we needed. Quiet and peaceful while offering a great connection to nature. We went in winter and most restaurants in Hayward were closed which was expected but just a heads up! Ben was very responsive and kind, he truly went out of his way to be an amazing host. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to disconnect from modernism a bit and just be in the present.

We fell in love with this adorable A frame. It was clean and modern with everything we needed in the kitchen. Shower was stocked with Native shampoo and body wash. We made a fire in the wood stove, and it was super cozy at night. Highly recommend!

Ben really thought of everything a guest could need…kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prep all meals. Loved that linens and towels were available. Washer-dryer if needed. Even the streaming services he made available to guests was a nice touch. Highly recommend to others and eager to return ourselves.

Ben’s A-Frame cabin in Hayward was nothing short of perfect. First, Ben was an outstanding host who provided clear instructions and offered help if needed. He had the cabin in pristine condition when I arrived and everything was set up for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous. It has modern comforts but feels rustic and classic. The design of the space was thoughtful and everything was perfect down to the smallest details. The location is serene, a beautiful wooded lot with gorgeous views and unmatched peace and quiet. Overall, this was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely amazing, highly recommended.

This little cabin was such a wonderful weekend getaway! Ben was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He even gifted us some fudge from a local candy shop which was very sweet and a great surprise! The cabin itself was beautiful and private with everything you’d need. Can't recommend this place enough. This was the perfect spot for my wife and I to spend a quiet, relaxing weekend for our wedding anniversary. It was easy to find, easy to get into, it was spotless when we arrived and Ben was extremely helpful leading up to, and during our stay, with anything we needed.

Ben’s place was dream fuel and I told him so. Jennie and I were mentally taking notes on everything we wanted for our OWN getaway, all from his getaway. In another reality, this would be our place, everything we want in a remote-but-not-really location. Close enough to get a bite to eat at great places. Ben did a great job formulate this cabin. I wish I could call it my own. We can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful... It was the perfect place for a couple's get-away. The attention to detail in this A-frame was second to none... the amenities were second to none... high quality all the way. The location was very private and quiet... with the only neighbors being the local wildlife. We have stayed in multiple rental units over the years, and would rate this one at the top. This is a new and modern A-Frame, with all of the amenities needed with the exception of a closet, but we didn’t miss it. The beautiful, wood slab staircase up to the sleeping loft is almost more ladder than stairs; probably not great for the very young or physically challenged. Great coffee (via a new Keurig) and awesome tea selection was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We hope to stay again in the not too distant future. Thanks Ben!

We would definitely return. Internet can be a bit unreliable but having a connection at such a remote place is a luxury in itself.

Great scenic get away 15 minutes from Hayward. Lots of privacy and peace and quiet. Great place for a couple to get away from it all. The craftmanship of the home is amazing and we loved our stay. Lots to do in the area for entertainment or you can just relax in peace. We would rent this place again and probably will!

Ben must be some sort of a forest wizard. Staying at his place was simply magical because everything was so well thought through and you could tell that he deeply cares about his house. It also didn't feel like another rental place at all. The coziness and attention to detail is simply mind-blowing. We felt like we were in a tree house for adults (in the best way possible) and gained an immense amount of positivity and reconnection there. This is an amazing, brand new cabin on 40 acres in the woods. No road noise, no neighbors, just the woods and complete peace and quiet. If you're looking for solitude, this is the place! The cabin is extremely well built and comfortable. It didn't lack for anything, despite being out in the middle of the woods. Plenty of hot water, great heating system (in floor heat + a split unit in the loft + a sleek wood burning fireplace. ) The bed was super comfy, as was the couch and this huge bean bag chair/lounger. There's a lovely deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Big TV for watching Netflix movies or shows on Amazon Prime. I stayed for 5 days and worked remotely without a single issue. Ben was so helpful - giving me detailed instructions on how to find the place and checking in (by text) to make sure I had everything I needed. I was sad to have to leave. I rarely go back to an Airbnb I've stayed at before, but I will definitely be going back to this wonderful cabin!
